Marty wasn't doing the work. George was.... Marty is basically a telemarketer who then hires out the work at low wages to other individuals who may or may not reside half way across the world.

The guy who Marty included in the email responses when Robert was requesting work be done. notice how George isn;t included once the emails turn personal and are no longer business. George likely didn;t respond right away and Marty had to wait to hear back from him which is why it took 4 days.
