It already is illegal in a lot of places. I couldn't park a boat/RV/non running vehicle anywhere on my property without violating about 10 city laws and 50 homeowners association laws. I have to send in a written request just to scratch my nuts. People here can make a fortune on empty lots just renting out the space to people who just need a place to park their shit. There are countless lakes and rivers around here, and the ocean is 30 min away at the most. So it's a huge problem. Every year they reach in a little further and twist my nuts just a little harder. There are still lots of rural areas that are plenty close enough to civilization for me to seriously consider just bailing the fuck out on all this nonsense.Originally Posted by sonatine
Its standard to park boats in driveways off the streets for the winter, so Im guessing if you own the property, you can do it pretty much forever.
