Not quite, I woke up after drilling about 7 or 8 beers and was dehydrated and healthy food did not seem appealing to me. So I ate like shit that day and then every day since then I ate a shitty meal at least once a day and this is how I put mostly all of my weight I have on over time
So I am sitting @ 360 , still down 12 lbs for an average of about 2 lbs loss per week over 6 weeks which I am ok with but I can do much much better and I will.
I am turning back to the juice for at least a couple of days. I shredded up about 100 oz of juice Monday but have yet to drink any and I will be juicing at least 2 meals worth per day.
This blog will be filled with ups and downs and as long as I stay committed and get myself back in line when I slip I should have 0 problem losing another 38 lbs and hitting my goal of 50 lost over the next 3 months before wsop.
If I decide at some point to balls to the wall and stay in line I could see myself losing 72 total by then. After this coffee I am drinking it is back to the mean green juice
Also need to add my gym regimen back too. Will probably jump back into some walking and lifting this weekend
Down 3 lbs to 357 so 15 overall
Did 1 full day of juicing this week and I am about to kick things into high gear. Although I have cut 15 lbs, I have slacked tremendously and I am not where I want to be both with diet and exercise
I have been very lazy in both areas and I could be very very easily down 30+ by now but have been lazy. Going to really rev up the intensity starting today and will be updating more frequently
This thread is starting to resemble the JSearles diet plan.
No offense but isn't losing weight if your 300+ really easy? Not keeping it off obv but just losing it..
I initially shed a lot of excess weight by getting a brutal case of the runs while in Nepal. I'm here again and have thankfully dodged that bullet this time but am thankful to have endured it. Once I shed some excess weight I got into fitness and have remained at 170 ever since.
Sloppy's diet plan:
a) Go to third world country
b) Eat/drink taking no precautions
c) Shit water 15-20 times a day
Tried and true
What is up over here?
Still on the plan?
Watched this on netflix

That same Dr Fuhrman is on. You know this is the right way to do it for no other reason than how great they do on their medical tests after.
None of them really lost too much weight, (they weren't really fat) but all 3 of them dropped like 20-30 points on their blood pressure, all those tests came back better.
Down 17 lbs overall, slacked a bit this week with Easter and stayed the same from the prior week.
But I did go out and buy a shitload of produce and plan to destroy another 20 lbs over the next 10 days juicing
Still sitting @ 17 lbs. Havn't been juicing , started lifting and exercizing again daily and I am going to try another juice fast when I get back from vacation in 12 days.
I will then have about 75 days to cut the remaining 33 pounds before I head to Vegas around the 4th of July
Not the results I am looking for but I am 17 lbs lighter than when I started
I gotta say in my experience eating whole fruits + veggies >> juicing
Juicing removes all the fiber and doesn't fill you up/satiate your hunger nearly as much as eating the whole foods. Plus you don't have to wash the goddamn juicer
i mean honestly whatever works for you is best.
Try eating a bunch of whole fruit+veggies 1 day for comparison, though
Sitting @ 351 for a total loss of 20 lbs from my peak weight and I have been doing a+ work since I got back from vacation and will be shedding some massive weight over the next month
Last night was a big night for me. A little over 20 years ago I made a decision that at the time I didn't regret but as the years went on I really regretted quitting high school basketball @ the age of 16 after my Soph year in high school. I should have kept playing but I chose to take a different path that nearly destroyed me. It took me nearly 15 years to try and get back off the bad path I was heading down.
So about a month back someone suggested I should join this 3 on 3 men's league and I contemplated for a couple of weeks and finally I said fuck it and I joined. I missed last weeks game due to being in Florida but I showed up last night for the first organized basketball game I have played in 20 years. I was a little concerned about how my body would hold up so when I arrived at the court I did nothing but stretch for 20 minutes. Everyone else just showed up and shot baskets and jumped into the game.
I stepped onto the court and I bricked my first shot then blew a layup. From there I coasted, I scored about 14 points grabbed a ton of rebounds and had a few assists and blocks and my team one by about 10 points. Last night after that game I had an emotional adrenaline high more of that when I sat at the final 2 tables in 2 limit events at the wsop. It felt better than the feeling I got when I first started destroying limit cash games. I feel like I filled a void that I threw away 20 years ago and was surprised at how well I played and I am looking forward to losing more weight, crushing more hoops and putting all of the right shit into my body to make that happen.
Ironically when I was stretching last night before the game I said to myself I wouldnt be surprised if a few of these guys get hurt tonight. One guy I was covering who was the most athletic guy on the court tore his achilles. I think the same happened to another guy who had to be carried off the court. So after the game I stretched for another 30 minutes and today my body feels pretty good.
The weather here will be between 60-70 with clear skies over the next 10 days and be very sunny so I am going to kick off this weather blitz with a mild 2 mile hike today and will probable be hiking as much as I possibly can.
Time to roll!
