As far as charities getting rolled? Since they never received it, what was lost? Unless they signed some type of agreement with Jasep I don't see any claim. Verbalizing a donation over the internet to a guy you never met is probably not enough. Fuck, I really don't care, since there have already been quite a few that said they will match it, so in essence the charity will get more money if everyone bucks up. Might be 2 to 3 times more money, so in reality it was a success.
