I’m just regarding this MLB season as an exhibition. You know I am not adverse to betting exhibition or preseason.
7 inning double-headers will be fun to handicap. Nobody has an edge. Just opinion.
*can they do an NBA style one in orlando? that wide world of sports complex is massive...dont know if they have enough football specific space for games/practices/etc...
*maybe a bubble by geography? all north, all south, all east, all west teams together regardless of conference...
*do it in texas...i mean fuck a decent chunk of those high school stadiums are just as nice as a lot of big time college stadiums...
issue is that MLB/NFL arent the NBA...a TON more moving parts, even in a bubble...i mean look at the NBA...have already had lou williams go to a strippy for their wings and test positive and that's when people are on lockdown...now add in 4-5x more people for an NFL operation compared to NBA...i mean even if they have their ducks in a row, it's gonna be fucking hard as hell to pull it off...all you need is a couple of knuckleheads looking for some strange and it can blow the whole thing...
