The Dodgers just need a complete overhaul at this point. Revamp the front office, hire Scioscia. He is a good manager but he was on the Angels for WAYYYY too long.
They don't need a complete overhaul. How can you say that after they won 106 games and took down their 7th consecutive NL West title?

They actually have an excellent foundation. They just need to stop being so afraid to make the big signing.
