As fucked up as it is, this girl should have taken the plea deal which would have had her pleading guilty to felony child abuse, but I don't think serving time. Now she is fucked. Obv she is in the right, but the law is the law and they aren't going to rewrite it to appease her situation, especially in FL. She will be convicted, most likely will serve time and will be labeled a sex offender the rest of her life.
Shame.
Edit: Just saw the plea deal meant accepting sexual offender charges too. She was fucked either way.
