North Korea may have just declared war on South Korea

Actually read somewhere that in 1984 the USA had a plan in place to neutralize the entire airforce of north Korea in 2 days. I imagine they could do so even quicker today.

It would be over before they even knew it started. Foreigners only see what creeps out. People see a bunch of soldiers marching in a line with guns and that intimidates a lot of people. But if you were to see how North Korea really is, you would see half their people starving and without electricity or running water. With all the sanctions placed on them they are an incredibly weak country, despite the strong demeanor they laughably try to portray.

So how do you deal with the first volley, assuming the worst and it's a nuclear weapon? Great to say it will be a short lived battle but

that may still result in mass destruction.
