This is pure SPECULATION. I know Johnny was in fact a junior. He changed his first name to "John" from "Juan" because according to him "people made fun of his name" I think he may have even posted that somewhere in this thread.

I was told by Kevin and Tim that they believed his dad retired early from some company. Believed in their several encounters with him that he was a stand up guy...but obv people, Tim especially, have known Johnny his entire life or long periods of time and were totally in the dark about any of this.

Again purely speculating by how many "Juan Sepuvelda" can there be in RI? Also, I was recently told by someone who has known Johnny for a while that his father only recently in the last 5 years or so moved back to RI. This person claimed Johnny had stated his father was in Ohio before that.

AGAIN not accusing his father or anything. I am just relaying information I have been told.

edit: my first sentence stating "I know for a fact Johnny is a junior" is inaccurate. He told me he was. I never looked for or saw proof to validate his statement.

How all of Seps MMA shit went under the radar is mind boggling. I have spent over $200 on Blind Squirrel Apparel merchandise. Pretty sure that it will go from my wardrobe to the garbage.

Makes no sense that he never mentioned any of his MMA background. Considering the community, it would be something worth sharing unless something went horribly wrong there.

Whenever me and him talked about radio, he was always mentioning he wanted to talk MMA, but the Filthy Limper co-hosts and audience might not be all that into it. On the very last show when I co-hosted, we talked about mma for a few. He said something like "Little known fact about me, but I used to run a few mma websites", or something similar. Mentioned The CagePotato.Com Bens, Ben Fowlkes and Ben Goldstein, said they might not remember him, but he hung with them at a show or something. I never had a chance to follow up, as he moved the show along, and I was gonna ask him which sites he ran by pm or email, at some point, but this shit started blowing up and it kind of went on my backburner of things to ask Sep about.

I contacted the Boston Herald's mma blogger via twitter, as he'd wrote short pieces about Sep years ago. I haven't heard back from him yet. Maybe I'll write to Ben Fowlkes too, since Sep name-dropped him, but he lives in Montana, so I can't see him knowing too much about local MA/RI mma bullshit. Never know, tho...

I've known Tim for about 4 years in person. I went to his 40th birthday party. I would 100% vouch for him. Kevin has known him much longer, and I'm absolutely certain he would vouch for him as well. Tim is the real deal, and a real stand up guy, no doubt about that!

That is a gigantic piece of this puzzle that does not exist and you allowing this to go on with my families personal information posted in this thread is disgusting. Meanwhile you ban people for posting pictures of a former president or a slice of pizza... But when someone does it to me than the response is a quick refresher on rules that everyone is already aware of...

I have personally reached out to every single investor involved with this twice in the last 24 hours and offered them a full refund with profit. I have corresponded with all but 2 any one of them can come in here and verify that, there is almost 2 dozen of them, has a single one come in and expressed any concern?

So with no involved party feeling that anything unethical or unsafe is happening it is still okay to go ahead and destroy my name in a public forum?

What happens when this is over and everyone has been made completely whole and is satisfied with the entire process??? How do you plan on vindicating me? "Sorry guys, guess we were wrong?"


Doesn't work that way, you have allowed this to escalate to a point that is unbelievable with no positive outcome for me and no way to restore my name at the end of this even though nothing has been done wrong and no victim exists. This and the little girl calling in are two of the most disgusting things I have ever seen in my life. Cancer patients and sick kids? I really hope there aren't still people who think this sack of shit is just a good guy with a gambling problem. But I'm sure there are.
