I found that a few days ago, but he wasn't old enough in '95 to be doing shit like that. He would have been like 15, and that was an adult case. I don't know if he's a jr., I didn't read far enough to see the age of perpetrator, but it didn't sound like the same family from what I read, and have heard said about his family.
