Here is my only source of heat for the past 24 hours.
I'm sitting in front of it right now.
Southern CA really is becoming a third world country.
Despite it being a Santa Ana (which sometimes brings temps into the mid-80s), this one is apparently mixing with cold air, so it's putting highs in the 60s and lows in the 40s for me, which isn't going to get it done during the day regarding warming up the house.
I had thought Santa Ana winds were mainly in November, December, and January. While those are the top 3 months, there are also a good number in February, and some outliers in October and March. So I might have several more of these to deal with.
In the old days I could just take off to Vegas (or anywhere else) if something like this happened, but now with a kid in school I am stuck here.
