Whoever is upset about Obama winning, really just needs to get over it. He is now your President for the next 4 years. This country is in serious trouble. At this point, uniting behind him is a far superior move than fighting against him. It really is time we started thinking of ourselves as Americans again, and not Republicans and Democrats. Now that Obama has won, take your sights off of him and focus them on Russia, China, and collective threats from around the world. It sounds really fucking gay, but at the end of the day, we're all Americans. Lets get our foreign affairs in order and regain our economic superiority back before we start throwing shit at each other like Apes again.

The absolute worst part of it all, is that you and I both know that the "side" that lost tonight has immediately shifted their focus. A few hours ago the goal was to win the presidential election. It has now shifted to making Obama's life and 2nd term as difficult as possible regardless of the further harm it will cause the country. Obama will be expected to accomplish great things. But instead of having the support, $, and manpower of the Republican Party, they will hand him a few concrete blocks to carry while he is already trying to swim upstream. Obama simply does not posses the necessary political skills or connections needed to accomplish his goals. He was only a Federal Senator for 4 years. Not a lot of time to backpocket future political favors. He probably used up most of his favors just to get elected. A lot of powerful people are gonna be very pissed tomorrow morning. They'll spend the next 4 years exacting their revenge.
