When you sign up a client they are buying you as much as they are buying your "products". You are a shady guy by outsourcing your work because I am sure that you are not disclosing that so that you can "automate the contract and sign up process". No one would be signing up for your 'services' if they knew what really was up.

Dear OSA,

Could you please stop acting like you are some sort of authority on professional moral behavior. Let's not forget here how you used to be a security guard that would search concert goers and steal their weed (and who knows what else) for your own personal use. Reprehensible behavior that IMO forbids you from taking any sort of moral stance where your opinion matters.
