He can't fight you, it would literally be against the law and open him up to a massive lawsuit. If some feeble old man who is clearly mentally unstable challenges me to a fight, it doesn't give me license to beat him up. Any court would hold me liable unless he attacked me, and even then the response would have to be tempered with constraint.
