If you know your equipment is going to be confiscated by the enemy, why not sabotage it or destroy it?
just a thought but i wonder if they may have put GPS trackers in them...
a buddy who does car title loans puts at leas 3 in each car one dummy another easy to find and one super hidden.
its a sneaky trick but could make life easy locating the villains.
