Ryan wins the first 10 minutes. Biden is grinning, smirking, and generally acting like a stuttering prick.

By a draw I mean that both sides can reasonably declare victory which in itself is a win for Obama. The president needed to stop the bleeding and I think that was accomplished. I feel like Ryan was more prepared to answer the questions and Biden used an ESPN like debate tactic and just kept cutting him off. It was allowed and it wasn't favorable to Ryan. Whenever Ryan tried to get into the meat of things Biden interrupted and the topic was changed.
I think Ryan was going after real answers while Biden used the liberties of debate to help him, but at the end of the day all that matters is public perception.
I give Biden the poll results, but personally favored Ryan.
