Let me first say Tony is a great guy. He went out of his way to try and settle this with no stake in it whatsoever, just because. I'm sure he quickly realized how much of a total asshole jsearles is, but regardless tried his best to resolve this... Here is the offer I received from Jsearles via Tony... I asked Tony if it would be alright to make this public, and he has no problem with that... Here is that LOL offer...
Obviously this is probably the worst settlement offer I have ever seen. He is basically willing to give me the $75 Druff has, and then I am supposed to bend over backwards to make it seem like everything is all honky dory. I was kind enough to then counter offer... We all know this guy is a broke ass, so I was willing to take half of what he owes me to put this to bed. My counter offer was $175 from Searles and the $75 Druff has. He refused and is sticking to this $75 bullshit...lol.He will pay you $75, through me. There would be an official statement saying that the bet has been settled with mutually agreeable terms to both parties. The issue is then resolved and the matter put to bed. There would be no admission by either party as to who won or lost, nor would there by any discussion of who paid who what.
We simply announce that the disagreement has been settled and move on.
Searles would get the scammer tag removed, and more importantly the bet would be considered settled. He also wants a condition added that if anyone divulges the terms of the agreement then they have to pay 3x the settled amount.
Druff... Please ban and ship me the $75 and let's be done with this shit.
