Amazing restraint. Wood’s terminology of citizen solider and volunteer patriot confuse me. Obviously our military is voluntary, but the citizen soldier part is language I’m unfamiliar with. Is this guy a soldier/national guard or law enforcement dressed like he’s ready for war? I’m guessing military of some sort. Cops generally don’t take that for that duration, if at all.
