This could be a case of said victim actually being violated in exactly the way he claims, but by people who align with him ideologically.

Jussie could very well not be complicit in this act, he could genuinely be a victim.

The culprits, I suspect, might be some deranged anarchy type individuals who probably felt like an attack on Jussie would get the attention of the masses, and give people the continually propagated meme of the "racist trump supporters", even if the attackers happen to fall in line with Jussies ideological view.....kinda like the ends justifies the means type scenario that is very prevalent in fringe organizations...
