I think it was a pretty dumb move, however you could find out her she was prior to her posting the license by information that she had already given (willingly) previously.

You could say the same about me.
You could say the same about anybody who posts here regularly.

Of course not everyone should be investigated. But when you're such a polarizing figure, you're going to peak people's interest.
