No, my oldest son just turned 6. He would have been barely 3 and 4 years old back then and would not have enjoyed it. Now he is a fanatic and already bemoaning the fact that Lorenzo Cain will be a Yankee next year. He absolutely would love to go to the World Series, and would skip Halloween without question.
In 2014 I went for face value because I was a partial season ticket holder. I could run down to the man cave and look at the stubs (I have the full sheet uncut as I used the electronic version) but I think the WS seats were about $285 each. In 2015 I was not able to get the partial season ticket package because the Royals got greedy as fuck after the 2014 run. I still went to one game each round of the playoffs. Game 1 in 2015 is the best event Ive been to in my entire life. Started with Escobar inside the park HR, later Gordon tied it in the 9th with a 2 out HR. Walk off in the 11th. $1600 total on the day for tickets, parking, souvenirs, etc for my wife and I. Again, this was all documented real time on PFA. And $1600 to me and in Missouri would have to be about $3000+ to you and in California. You're supposedly a millionaire which would be 10x what I have in the bank but you're also a retardedly cheap moron. You cant take the money with you when you die dude
Every kid is different. Benjamin really enjoyed the 3 games he went to this year, as well as the one last year (though not as much as the ones this year). However, he is only moderately following the Dodgers when they play on TV, including the World Series.
He is excited about Halloween and isn't even thinking about the fact that there's a game today.
So he rests in between the "Kid is too young and won't care" and "Kid is a fanatic and would remember it forever".
Also as I said before, it is unlikely I will get the quality of seats that I got for the other 4 games he attended, so he will think "WTF is this shit" when we go to our seats, even if overall they are fairly good.
I have money because I don't waste it. So at some point you ask yourself "Is it really worth spending $1k for 3 hours", especially if it's not going to be the clinching game unless they lose, and that would just be depressing.
Stake me, bro.
On a side note, you making nasty (and untrue) remarks about my kid earlier in the thread, of whom you have no information, is yet another indication what a piece of shit you are.
This is especially true given that you have a kid almost the same age as mine.
Hopefully your son will never find out that Daddy is both a bet welcher and was begging for tiny stakes to play poker on the internet.
