Full disclosure, the website I just posted for the murder stat actually says that blacks commit 37% of violent crime, where violent crime is defined as murder, rape, robbery and aggravated assault. I have seen stats where it is as high as 50%, but I am guessing they are defining "violent crime" differently. According to that webpage, blacks commit the majority of murders and robberies in the US, but a smaller % of total rape and aggravated assault.
Commit is not the same as getting arrested. Because reasons they still to this day keep adding a % hispanics to the number of blacks and whites so the 6% number isn't correct either.

According to that web page blacks even with the help of hispanics do not commit or even get arrested for majority of murders. With the help of hispanics they get arrested for majority of robberies. I have no idea how that relates exactly to the number of crimes committed nor does anyone else for that matter.

No one has claimed that white's have monopoly on racism. Racism played a minimal role in this case. Proper good ol' boy racist cops would have almost never done what Yanez did. What he did was mostly just incompetence.
