The only thing I wonder is what it is you did that prevents you from leaving the state? Are you implying that in a year the terms of your parole expire?

Florida in the summer is hell. I have a separate air conditioning evaporator & condenser in my garage there that would cool the average home in New England in the summer.

Plus there is a humidistat cause it's fucking Florida in the summer.

Your energy bill will amount to an average mortgage.

When I talk to guys who own or build big houses in Florida the conversation always turns to air conditioning contractors and how they suck - the same way Detroit guys talk about their sports teams.

How many condensers are sitting out back? 4?

    Pooh are you even married?

I only ask because I see no ring.

Pooh: Technically no. I just think it's faggot to call someone my gf when you've been together for so long and at our ages. We'll probably finalize something soon.

Just because you can doesn't always mean you should.

The problem with the world today is that nobody does anything based on principal anymore.

Let's put it this way. I wouldn't leave the state if you paid me a million. I love it here. I was more along the lines of I probably will get tired of shelling away $5500 a month for taxes and mortgage after a year that I'd consider downsizing. Check it off the bucket list and go to 3k sq ft for 500-600k.

My ego or yours? You'd be surprised, in real life I'm a totally different dude.

I def would qualify as a middle aged graying sack of shit however I have never seen you but I guarantee I could pull a lot hotter than you could ever even without my bank account. Those are Tommy Bahama btw. The entire outfit is, that's all I wear. It's Florida and I'm old.

House is nice, but $5500 a month is quite absurd, unless you have like 4 kids which you don't. You are going to AC rooms every day you never even go in. It's kind of like getting a house with a pool. You get it, then never swim in it, total waste. There is a good thing though. You sell the house and get a house that costs $3,000 a month. Then you can do stupid shit every month like gambling and justify it saying you just saved all this money by downsizing. In the example I just set, you save $2,500 a month x 12 months is $30,000. That's a lot of partying. I have done this self justification before after losing large sums of money. One time it was a car I did not buy, then lost $5,000 at the track and promptly justified it by saying I just saved all this money by not buying a car.

First off I'm not 20. We don't party. My mortgage is $3400 a month. Taxes could run around 20-25k. That's the problem. If I go for a 500k house it will be cash. People use pools in Florida. We sure do.

98% of this site has some type of gambling problem. The only guy who doesn't is probably Dirty B who is here to just shill for Liberals.

That is exactly what someone with a gambling problem says. I'm sure you also think 98% of people on this site have a drinking problem.

Most people do not use pools. They are a maintenance nightmare, attract bugs, chameleons, and mosquito larvae. They are a cess pool of disease. Now, going in a public pool on a cruise is a near death experience, but many private pools are also riddled with maggots and worms. You would never catch me in a private Florida pool unless I saw the owner chlorinating it a day in advance. Even then I would be inspecting it. I might wade my feet in there after golfing, that is about it. No ear exposure for sure.
