With that said, had she not taken the actions she did to get out of the car, she might have been raped, because she was there at the moment, and he felt like he was in control. There's a big difference between that situation than tracking someone down and raping them at their home, even if it can seem like the same crime from the outside. Most rape occurs due to the rapist perceiving opportunity, rather than it being premeditated.
