At the very least, she recognizes that there may be 3 supreme court noms in the next 8 years, possibly 4 years. And I cant think of a single republican candidate in my lifetime who wouldnt use those seats to push a right-wing pro-life Christian theocratic agenda. Forget Roe vs Wade, forget Planned Parenthood, forget any sort of welfare system, forget insurance/financial oversight, forget national parks, so on, so forth.

Hillary recognizes that this is fundamentally unacceptable, and thats why people are willing to vote for her despite her being a literal lizard in baggy human skin.

That might be why you are voting for her, but Hillary is running because she has had an obsession with being President since a young age.

I have seen no evidence to suggest that Hillary Clinton cares about anyone besides Hillary Clinton.

He was a charming, intelligent guy, I believe well off, and an elected member of Congress (dunno when they got married, maybe he wasn't yet elected). On the surface he seems like a catch. Even couples that are married for decades can surprise each other. This has less than nothing whatsoever to do with Hillary's qualifications to be president or Abedin's qualifications to be a top aide to her.
