Holy fucking shit that looks great.
Next up for me is a "swineapple". A pork rubbed stuffed pineapple with a bacon weave coating.

Father's day, so I bought my brothers, father and myself a steak.
Delmonico Steak (random piece of Salmon for a friend) with friend mushrooms. Asparagus, corn on the cob, caesar salad, various pasta salads. Enjoy
Letting the steaks come to room temp.
Adding steaks to a hot grill.
Meat cooking.
Let the steaks rest for 10 or 15 minutes.
Asparagus.
Mushrooms.
Final product.
you most likely can afford. Treat your father's well.

Medium rare grilled rib eye steak...broiled salmon filet topped with garlic butter and black pepper...steamed asparagus spears...green salad with avacado, bay shrimp and other assorted goodies
/thread
No offense man but I noticed a few things:
1. Not ribeye.
2. The shrimp looks like you ordered a soup from the local Chinese food place and you took out the 4ish rubbery baby shrimps they throw into it.
3. Salmon looks over cooked like a bitch, but could be wrong, also not a good cut.
4. Why the fuck is your lettuce brown?
All and all for a crackhead it's not that bad. I also think this is light-years ahead of 408mike's meat shit, so willy is off on this one.
Shrimp Avocado Bacon Caesar Salad. Inspired by Tyde.

I typically put asparagus in tin foil with some oil. Is grilling it directly on the BBQ better?
BUMP. (this thread should never leave the front page)
Anyway, grilled corn on the cob, burgers, baked beans, pasta salad, potato salad.
Happy 4th of July all, enjoy.
Peel back the husks of the corn, remove the silk, pull the husk back over.
Soak in salt/sugar water for 20 to 30 minutes, grill 20 minutes flipping and rotating every 5.
Salt and pepper, worcestershire. (i like a little red pepper flakes on mine)
Grill your burgers to your preference.
And enjoy.
Happy 4th to everyone, and let's try to keep this thread where it belongs (first page, probably sticky'd)

Well done, but don't over cook your corn it doesn't need to roast that long.
Also pull your corn back before you buy it, that's immature (not surprising considering it's early in the corn season), corn should be flatter and not as vertical. As it matures it stretches the kernels out to more of a square instead of a rectangle. That's important because you will get sweeter corn.
BUTTTT Roasted Sweet Corn 4 Life!!!! Well done!
Damn that was good. You order this lobster sushi dish at the Wynn, they kill the bug, make lobster miso soup out of it and then use the rest for sushi with caviar on top.
