The Affordable Care Act was signed into law in March 2010 after the Republicans were unable to stop it(+1 point 4D). The latest Omnibus, in which the Republicans took it in the ass and gave in to every single demand, was signed by Obama in December 2015(+1 4D).

Why do you keep calling them RICH, they are "job creators" that's why we give them tax breaks and subsidies, so they will create jobs, or not create jobs. Why not give them a tax break after they create jobs, and decent jobs. It's like giving a tax credit for charitable contributions before they give to charity.

Most likely in order to secure the votes needed to get to the general election, the SCOTUS pick will be 1 of many bargaining chips to give Trump the nomination. That will most likely be sorted before he ever gets on the podium with Hilldog.
