Not a fan of either party, but I'll always side with the one that is for a women's right to choose, doesn't think this country was founded and based on Christian beliefs to the point where they have to shove their Evangelical views down our throats all the while claiming "Christianity is under attack", doesn't want to continue on with a failed drug policy, doesn't think climate change is a hoax, and doesn't think that being war mongers is the answer to all our foreign policy issues.
Here's some funny irony that hit me today... So, obviously all the talk now is about a contested convention if Trump doesn't get the full amount of Delegates needed. The GOP is now saying "even though the will of the people is obv on Trumps side, let the party decide"... Ok, all well and good, except... Now they are going to block Obama's nomination to the Supreme Court... And their justification? "LET THE PEOPLE DECIDE IN THE NEXT ELECTION!!!!" It's like these jokers aren't even trying anymore to hide their ridiculousness.
We are being lead by leaders lesser than us... Hired guns who only care about gaining support by appeasing corporations and their fucked up agendas, and not what's best for this country. It's fucking sad.

At the Trump rally today in Arizona, a guy in a KKK hood got stomped on by a Black Guy.
This clip pretty much exemplifies the level of discourse and intelligence of both trump supporters and protesters. Nothing more than a circus show. Seriously feels like you are at a festival.
It's sad really in terms of the state of American politics. Canadians are generally shocked by the level of religiosity that takes part in American elections. Especially given the fundamental principle of separation of church and state.
Canada ourselves had a bit of a revolution a few years ago. But it was 100% opposite from how things are playing out in USA. It brought people together and was some without such dirty tactics.
