Usually 1/3 of sentence minimum. Aint a chance in hell she will be out in 4 months on a 4yr. That's what I was going to say until I went back and actually read the thread.
It was weird. I never even got to talk with the prosecutor. All I knew was she has court in a month, then the next thing I know I get an automated call saying the case was closed. I went online to casenet and it said she was put in DOC.
A few weeks after this happened I was sent a victims impact statement thingy in the mail. That's where I could list all the items stolen along with the receipts I had. Well I filled it out and sent it to the courts and that's the last time I heard from them til I got the automated call from the courts.
Sounds like she took a deal.
Start shopping in nicer trailer parks for candidates, these two sound like n-word loving pigs. We (in my court) only have babies to white men.
