One minor thing when signing a deal ,The judge does not have to agree with it its really rare he don't but he does not have to ,The deal is only the D.A agreeing that is what he will recommend and ask for of the judge.
There may not be a stipulation in there that says micon can not play poker or do any form of gambling but that's where the surprise could acure when he goes to see his p.o for the first time as his p.o would have 100% control on rather or not he can or can not do any form of gambling rather it is micons self acclaimed nut shell or not ,Proving micon is -ev non professional would not be very easy,He gets his deal the only thing left to fade is his p.o hitting him with a 1 outer this could be interesting
75% of the time if your charge is non drug related there will be no drug tests so he should be good with the weed smoking .

Micon may only be facing about a year in state prison, however Micon will probably get 3 years probation/parole.
How likely could Micon violate probation? very likely I'd say.
They may not allow Micon to gamble or play in poker tournaments.
They may force Micon to get mental health counseling.
Micon will be forced to take lie detector tests.
They will force Micon to get a real job, they can order regular drug testing, not allow him to travel out of the state and impose another restriction like a 8:00pm curfew at night.
A better deal for Micon may be 2 or 3 years in state prison with no probation/parole.

I think he will get probation with a suspended sentence that he will have to answer to if he fucks up his probation, where not talking huge criminal here so he will most likely get unsupervised probation "check in once a month and fill out a report once a month ,This situation is not a huge as it has been made out to be,No one got hurt there is no broken bones there is no minors involved with the crime there is no robberies or grand theft ,Micon is not a repeat offender or any kind of offender much less,Micon was seals messenger not seals owner there is not a shitload of $ involved .I don't have much of a opinion on the outcome cause it wont effect my daily life but having alittle sense on what may happen dont hurt.
I have known micon had a deal on the table for a while now ,I do not know the details outside of it supposedly being probation ,I 100% will not say how i know so don't ask but I will put my $ down vs anyone's that says he don't do a day in jail.

There is just so much lack of logic going on in this thread.
Plea downs usually work well because you plea to a lower tier charge (think possession instead of distribution). In this case there is no lower tier unless they just totally change the charge. If he pleas to the original charge state law mandates he be sentenced to a year minimum.
No way in hell Chesnoff lets his client come back plea down and then get waxed with another charge. One, he is too smart for that, two the state doesn't want to fuck with someone who can make their life a living hell.
I would not be surprised if Micon takes a lesser punishment and agrees to work to identify the main owner of Seals in exchange for future immunity.
I am guessing Micon will be getting the fuck out of LV as soon as his probation/time is up.

There is much to be argued and there will be a trial. There are lots of moving parts here including the new SWC.
Who the fuck knows what any given judge will decide for sentencing.
