I would say all of them easily. Violation of State gambling laws and the UIGEA are the most obvious. Tax evasion if he was not paying income taxes, which I find hard to believe he was.
This whole thing is laughable. WSOP.com exists for a reason. Do you really think they are going to let a rival's unregulated site exist with the owner living in Las Vegas?
