Ok so u get all ur shit taken by the state of Nevada & are starting over in Antigua. Why buy a $400 computer & spend ur first days there grinding $3 tournies on stars? Dont know any millionaire who would do that, esp not one who calls himself a degenerate.

Well I know if it were me and less than 10 days ago all my shit got taken and I just moved to a new place I wouldn't be dropping all kinds of money on new electronics right away until I was pretty certain I had things figured out 1 million % logistically.

Maybe a lot of his money is in Bitcoin or in places where he can't reach it right away. I highly doubt it was in a U.S. bank

I'm not saying for certain I know what he is worth. But I do know of guys who ran affiliates there and I have a general idea of how busy the site was and a good sense of the volume they were raking. What he/they did what the money and when they cashed out what I have no idea.

I agree with this. I would have got an attorney and fought it. But he is prob too used to raking in money hand over fist and doesn't want to see his cash cow die. If he truly believed what he was doing was legal then he should have stayed and fought it

Here's what Micon should with swcpoker if he is sensible (big if).

Give the pretense that the site doesn't take US citizens. Make sure that punters signing up and provide a name and address that is outside the US, reject any US addresses. Even go so far as reject US IP addresses.

The reason it was easy to get busted before was agent schmuck from the gaming commission just snap registers and starts playing on seals in Nevada so has all the evidence needed for a bust.

However if you're wise to BTC chances are you know that you can register a false address and also easily get round the IP block with a VPN or proxy or some such.

I think there is a lot you can point to which says hes not as rich as some of u think.

Every year he sells big pieces of himself at wsop including the main event. Now I know what youre gonna say, so does Druff and hes rich. But Druff is a jew nit who is trying to control his variance and u know that has never been in Micons makeup. Even nitjew Druff wont sell the main in case he hits a miracle and scores 7 figures. If Micon is worth millions theres no way hes playing those micro tournies, especially the small field ones where 1st place would be meaningless money. Using Druff as an example again, could u ever picture him spending hours a day playing $3 buyin tournies? No fucking way, and again I would argue that Druff values small amounts of $ way more than Micon does.

I think your spot on here, I mean if he had millions why run?? I think him running is a very bad decision IMO, As far as I know no one has ever been charged in the U.S for bitcoin gaming, trading etc etc, This is a very gray area in the law, I believe micon had a chance in court, The nevada gaming would have to prove he was running a gambling site(Among other things) which no "CASH' was ever exchanged on the site, I mean in the eyes of the U.S laws bitcoin is considered play money as far as I know. The only thing that makes sense here is micon needs to keep the site running for cash flow.
