See ya later Zimmeran. I think they re-try on murder, not civil rights violations.
I meant instigate in terms of following. Getting followed by some weird cat when I'm not doing anything would provoke me. Clearly he knew he was being followed from the testimony of the girl, and even from his own team's explanation that Travon doubled back. You can't double back if you aren't being followed.
I can recall more than one occasion when I was young where someone questioned what I was doing when it was none of their business. It was always older, nosy motherfuckers. It was usually an exchange like, "what are you doing out here at this time of night?" And my reply, if on public property, was always something smart ass, like " your daughter told me to wait out here until you went to sleep and then she'd blow me." It was always guys that were more 50's and 60's, so that was the end of it. But if some 20 something said it, I wouldn't have hesitated to start a fight with him. Fuck, I'm not doing anything, mind your own fucking business. I'm fortunate not every wannabe could carry a concealed weapon legally back then.
Had he caught Travon breaking into a home, a car, doing anything illegal, then fine. But if you want to follow some kid for no reason, take your beating. Like .0001% of those fights end in death, and you provoked the whole thing erroneously.
There are no shortage of tightly wound 17 year old middleweights who could hand me my ass if they caught me by surprise, or just because they are badasses. But that kid was a beanpole, and getting flung around from grass to pavement, etc. is just absurd. I could even grasp if he would have got straight knocked out, and some elderly neighbor came out and lit Travon up because he thought the kid was going too far and beating an unconscious guy. But he didn't get knocked out, he was crying the whole time on 3 different 911 calls,
To me, his injuries weren't life threatening, or even close to it. I think you should have to actually be in grave danger, not just think you are. If I have to pull a gun to fend off a kid like that, I'm shooting myself in the head out of embarrassment.
I don't disagree the kid very likely was the aggressor, and it cost him his life. I don't disagree with the jury verdicts given the law, but it's fucked up. I wasn't talking about anyone posting here. I just see GZ being lionized in comments sections all over the place, or on talk radio as some kind of righteous defender, when in reality, he's just a sad little poor excuse for a man.
Evidence....
There are exactly two people that really know what happened, and one is dead.
The other has lied every single time he has been given a chance.
What is not under dispute is the fact that Zimmerman instigated the entire situation, knew he was armed, and knew it would be legal for him to use the gun if given the slighted chance.
Everything that happened after the call, the fight, the scream, doesn't really matter (from my perspective) because Jorge is the one that started it.
Add up his aggressive history with the police and women, his mind-state on the call, the vigilante aspect, and all the wrong decisions he made that night.
Isn't that something?
Instead, the victim was put on trial, and the concrete (with no evidence, if his head hit the concrete even once, he would have been out cold) became more lethal than the gun Zimmerman was carrying.
Look I hate Obama, Eric Holder and the Federal government as much as anyone, but this isn't so much about race as it is guns imo.
The one thing every George Zimmerman apologist has in common is a hatred for our black president, and an inability to see past Rush Limbaugh's talking points.
Unfortunately for justice, that is the makeup of the available white jury pool of Sanford, FL.

Zimmerman will not be retried. There is as much chance of that happening as 408 being accepted into Mensa. Obama and Holder have to at least pretend like they are trying to make that happen. Gotta keep the race pimps like Sharpton satisfied.
None of you internet lawyers know anything about the case except what has been released by the media, who ALL have an agenda. Whether it be bias for or against Zimmerman.
The 6 jurors are the only ones qualified to make a decision. Jurors that were selected by the defense AND prosecution. If you weren't in the jury box, STFU, because you really have no idea what happened. I know this may come as a shock to some of you, but you can't rely on what you read on the internet or see on the news as fact. Because 90% of the time, it's not.
He was acquitted. Get the fuck over it.
My personal opinion is that he should have been at least convicted of manslaughter. You don't need facts to realize that if Zimmerman would have been at home, out with friends, jerking off to gay porn, the confrontation would not have happened. He was looking for trouble, and he found it. The kid WAS a piece of shit n-word. But he didn't initiate the confrontation. We'll never know what actually happened. The fact that people have such strong opinions one way or the other is perplexing, seeing as they have no clue WTF happened. Gotta love race relations in the US.
The whole "you weren't on the jury so you don't know the facts" argument is completely bunk. The entire trial was on live TV, and people on the jury were not allowed to search the web, or seek out the information for themselves. The jurors saw the information the two sides wanted them to see, and what the judge allowed.
The Prez-bo, attorney general, et al are tainting the jury pool daily while they mull around and wait to get the indictment. He is going to have win at least one more trial before he is a free man. Zero chance they are done with him and anyone who thinks they are needs a history lesson on what the federal government is capable of and has done before.
ROFL. Riiiight. I'm sure everyone with a strong opinion sat and watched the entire trial live. I'm sure they took notes too! I'm sure the n-words rioting in Oakland knew all the facts of the case. Gimme a fucking break. They regurgitated what they heard or saw on the internet.
As far as the bolded part, that just proves my point. The jurors heard BOTH sides, and came to a decision. They had ZERO outside influence. Which makes them FAR more qualified than anyone to make an accurate decision. 6-0. Time to accept it. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't piss on George Zimmerman if he were on fire, and I think he should have been punished in some way. But anyone who is 100% for the nog, or 100% for the spic, is letting their personal feelings come into play. Personal feelings have no business being in a jury box. If anything, blame the lawmakers who wrote the law. Not the jurors who simply enforced it.
When Trayvon Martin was first shot, I said, This could've been my son. Another way of saying that is, Trayvon Martin could've been me 35 years ago. And when you think about why, in the African-American community, at least, there's a lot of pain around what happened here, I think it's important to recognize that the African-American community is looking at this issue through a set of experiences and a history that doesn't go away.
LOL, That is from Obama today. The President. How about you comment on the daily murders in Chicago Mr President? No, because it's black on black and faggots like Dirty B don't care about that. It's all about white issues such as Obamacare. LOL. Fucking suckers.
It's funny how young black people today talk about slavery like it personally had an impact on their lives. Get the fuck over it already. I was never a slave owner, and they were never slaves. Nearly every race in human history has endured some form of slavery at one time or another. We have a BLACK FUCKING PRESIDENT. What more do these assholes want? It's so much easier to blame Whitey than to admit the black community in this country is largely responsible for their own problems. Sure, it was white people who owned slaves back in the day. But it was also white Union soldiers who fought to end slavery. Over 365,000 gave their lives for it. Where's the thanks to them? I bet 98% of these dumbfuck protestors wouldn't even know that. It's much easier to pick up a brick than it is to pick up a book. Give the race card a break and accept some responsibility for once. Assholes.
Really? So he should have called a timeout and assessed his injuries before shooting him? If you say you shouldnt be able to shoot someone with out a weapon thats one thing, but what you wrote is just idiotic. The fuckin guy was screaming for help forever he should have shot him right away its the law. I dont agree with the law but its still the law. You can walk up to someone say whatever you want and when they start beating your ass you can shoot them. When someones on top you beating you theres no way of knowing that your lifes not in danger 2 secs in or 2 mins in.
