Truth is, despite all the fear mongering, '91 and '92 were the most violent years in US history. Shit was legit crazy everywhere back then. Crack fiends just looking for a reason to riot. The murder/violent crime numbers now are about 45% of those years.

Yes, the country is a lot different now than in the early '90s. Young people don't realize how terrible the crime rate was back then -- the worst in modern US history. Everything has calmed a lot since then. Travon clearly confronted him and its not even a dispute. He was doing what his job entailed him to do. Its not against the law to follow someone, and he clearly stopped while on the phone with the 911 operator, and he says this guy is coming towards me.

That’s 21.65 murdered each day by other African-Americans.
