Had this been in Russia or somewhere else, I would agree. But American prisons are a joke. Now we get to feed him, clothe him, and listen to him tell "his story." I wonder who will play him in the movie?

Doesn't matter, it's a federal crime and as of George the 2nd that carries the death penalty, superseding the State laws. I could be mistaken as to what he's guilty of, but I believe the killing of a police officer is enough to get him the chair.
