i know dozens of active duty and retired navy SEALS. all the ones i know are great guys (except for two of them). Oh the stories i could tell if it wouldnt be a douche move to do so. speaking of douches, i know several blackwater (i guess it's xi now) and those guys to a T are all arrogant dumbasses. and like the guy you know they all walk around wearing corporate gear plastered with the blackwater logo. now that i think about it theyve kept a low profile since the name change. i actually have a ton of blackwater swag. wonder if i could sell it on ebay and give the proceeds to charity.
I have met active duty special forces out and about, but only became aware of what they were because someone made me aware that knew them personally. They generally look more average guy, or runner rather than rambo. In 40+ years, I don't think I have seen one advertise it outside possibly a military funeral, or maybe a wedding if they're wearing their dress uniform with some insignia or something. I am sure military guys here might recognize a tattoo or patch, but I don't think they are advertising much as a deterrent. I am far from a military expert, but I don't think you are seeing active duty special forces protecting sporting events. I think it's very likely some private contractor, who is likely comprised of ex-military personnel, but not active duty guys. I have a guy who graduated with me who worked for blackwater and he wore their shit all the time at the gym, but he was retired from the military, and was never a special forces guy either to my knowledge. Like I said, I am no expert, but it seems like some aren't understanding the distinction between private contractors, gov't agencies, and active duty military special forces members. I would be shocked to see the latter used in this capacity. I know we have ex-military guys here who can probably straighten it out, and it's possible I'm wrong, but it would surprise me.

Alex Jones thinks it was a training exercise done by the feds and nobody bothered to go get the devices they set themselves. Sounds crazypants until you think about the first WTC bombing where the FBI gave some shlubs live explosives and they blew up the parking garage. I don't have a clue as to whom or what they have as motive, but when the crazy arabs don't jump up and down and take credit, local cops go to hold 3 different press conferences to tell everyone who did it and get told 'no' by the feds every time.. it all just gets a bit murky as to who's at fault here especially when the Justice Department has already been caught selling assault rifles to mexican gangs.

It's all conspiracy to me, but I try to hear what everyone is saying. The latest one is that the guy they wanted to arrest was a Saudi national from a good family and that the feds put him on a plane so he cannot be 'caught'. First guy appears to be wearing a Bridgestone golf cap. That means absolutely nothing for identification purposes, but all I have to offer. First guy *could be middle eastern* Second guy looks more traditionally white, but who fucking knows? Sometimes it's hard to tell, and those pics aren't exactly clear. Unless the dude was wearing a turban or a shirt with a rebel flag, it appears to be too early to put these guys in a specific category.
