My convo with Jsearles tonight

What is the difference between searles and 408? At one point, you could argue that searles was rubbing it in. Yeah, he was. But now 408 has done the exact same thing. 408 even went further in lying about payment. Not even searles did that. I think searles should pay. At least something. But I just really don't understand why some people who owe money are treated different than others. For a site named after alerting the poker community to fraud, it sure does take a selective view on who is a fraud and who isn't. When it's obvious to an outsider that they are all the same. An argument can be made that what is in the past is in the past, and certain posters have made up for their misdeeds since. But someone like 408 is no different than searles. He may even be worse. At least searles never lied about paying the person.

Obviously we don't need to go into all the reasons why Jsearles was banned from posting (he was never banned from the site, just posting), but it was a lot deeper than this shit with 408, and in no way is the 408 shit worse than the BS searles pulled. That said, considering Mike just said the other day that he has $50 to send me, then when I respond to send it to Druff he doesn't respond, after what now, 3 days? At this point I agree if Jsearles is banned for this shit, the same should happen to Mike. Honestly, I don't want to see him banned, but enough is enough.

As far as Jsearles, and I am sorry for even bringing up his name again on these boards, he obv craves this attention, but I never understood the "just banned from posting" deal. He is free to make as many dupes as he wants with no repercussions, he is still free to troll all he wants, he is still allowed in chat, still able to IM. It's a joke. Druff is God when it comes to keeping people off his site that he doesn't want here (ex.. Jewdonk and MWH), so I just don't understand why not the same for this guy. It's obvious he is never going to make good on this bet.
