I'm not saying he took much heat in the aftermath of the scam but he certainly did at the time when the were planning the marathon podcast when he said nobody can advertise for charity on 2+2 which people went off including Daniel Negreanu.

He does not see Druff as a big player he sees this as a way to maybe help his own image in the eyes of some people. The guy has the money to do this 2+2 site and publishing has made him tons over the years but regardless of his motive it's still a kind thing to do.

1) The whole resume' writing bullshit very early on (remember that?), where people like Azzclown were claiming all Jasep had to do was hire a resume' writing firm to tweak his resume a little and he would get hired? B) The Charity. I mean, what is their claim? They never got the money. If I walked up to the Red Cross and offered an $1,000 check and it bounced, what it their recourse? Nothing.

C) So you have the whole crowd "We gave money to the Charity through Jasep and the fucking guy we NEVER met in real life lost it". Then what is he going to say?

Try selling "C" in the court of law. Anyone that wanted to commit to the charity could have done so individually, but instead you dumped it to a dude you never even met.

If you want to spend your money and time with a Hail Mary pass to get what amounts to a misdemeanor nuisance conviction in 2016 go for it.

For the record I have read this thread from page one. I have been logged into your site reading for a few days as a visitor. I am not here to cause problems I felt the need to comment. You can't comment if your not registered.

I am just wondering why you suddenly registered an account within 10 seconds of opening the site today, without reading the further developments on the forum (and this thread).

So will you be logging in from your home or work computer later on? I would like to see you log on from an IP that actually locates you, because I have a strong suspicion that it would show up as Rhode Island.

I can tell everyone here with 100% certainty that this is not JaSep. I have spoken to this person on the phone and there only fears are for JaSeps daughter and family. This person is a family friend and has been following this story from the sidelines since day 1. If anyone needs any further explanations please feel free to dm me.

1) A CONTRACT not signed by multiple parties (Jasep, investors, Charity). You have verbals and handshakes, just tough to prove
