There is no scam, there was a concept that people invested in and at this point I want to speak with my investors and decide on a proper course of action moving forward... The option of everyone getting their money back and this ending exists but I want to speak with everyone first, either way, you are not and never have been a consideration of mine so...

Now, I am going out for the day with my daughter right after I post an open letter someone sent me that is for 6TP's family on VPR and I will contact my investors this evening... I will write a blog post about this tomorrow and that will be the end of it...

I will also no longer be doing anything that will benefit this community, it's just not worth it, I won't be helping pay back stolen money, I won't be helping with online swaps, I wont host freerolls, I won't run any pools or tournaments, its just not worth my time or energy...

Cmoney comes in here and his solution to making a statement that is meant to attack my character is to throw a freeroll when he is determined to be wrong, what a joke... Throwing a freeroll does nothing but reward this type of behavior.

There are a half a dozen or more people in this community that should feel especially lucky that I have handled my negative experiences with them privately and with integrity rather than start a pitchfork army or blow up spots when it wasn't needed, I offer respect to everyone and over the last 3 years I feel I have done more than enough to receive at least an equal amount of respect back.

Like Jimmy said already, everyone who has done business with me here has made money, and those that still do, still will... but I am no longer offering anything to anyone for there entertainment or critique

I do not have any money involved but I will give my 2 cents on the subject. Jasep has never given me any reason not to believe him or think that he does not have the utmost level of integrity. He has run numerous Baps with no problems and handled all of the cash for the 22Q poker room that was run during the ironman podcast. He would probably be my second choice next to Druff if I ever needed to escrow for a bet.

No offense, but I wouldn't lend Druff the tomatoes on my footlong.

I dont know what your problem is. I made one short post and even said I could be wrong. Offering a freeroll I thought was a nice gesture if I was wrong. I will also be the first to apologize to you if I am wrong. You are not posting on pokerlollipopsandkittens.com. You are running a stake on a forum that has large amount of degenerates and questionable characters; you have to expect these questions to come up. In the history of stakes and sportsbetting on this forum, and the previous forum, China has pretty much been the only one that has gone smoothly.

There is a real easy way to handle this. Simply do what you say you are going to do. If you feel some of the posts have gone too far and are troll like, simply ignore them and do your thing. But it is ridiculous to single my post out when it was by far the most tame of all of them.

This whole situation is just really fucking sad and depressing. So you sucker a bunch of people who have never even met you IRL to give you $5k so you can go play live poker. Wow that sounds like a GREAT idea. Only positive things can come from this RIGHT? All they gotta do is take your word for it and nothing can go wrong. You claim you have been playing poker for a living for a long time yet you don't have a bankroll to grind at your local casinos? There are allegations of identity theft among other shit have never been addressed. You have zero online results that could potentialy validate the legitimacy of your poker game. You never played on pokerstars? If so what was your name on there? The saddest part is you got a babysitter to watch your daughter so you can go play more poker and grind out less than minimum wage or even lose. You claim to have no health insurance. Do you realize how shitty this is especially since you have a child? Instead of going out and getting a job where you can get health insurance you would rather continue your degenerate ways and play a game for a living that you apparently have never been successful at. Anyone who is a long term established poker pro isn't going to beg for a $5k stake after ten years of supposedly making a living from playing the game. Again this is just a sad and depressing situation of a degenrate clinging onto a last desperate effort to keep his degeneracy going for a few more months. People who can afford to be honest are typically more honest than those who can't. Even all the fraud/eviction notices don't necessarily show him to be a bad guy, but they do show that he isn't on top of things financially. The more desperate you are, the more likely you are to be a dirtbag. Pretty much only poker players who are above reproach are the guys with no vices and crush over time. IIRC Jasep never even played poker online though he claims to have played for 10 years. The last 5 years of poker maybe this is understandable, but there is no good reason he didn't play online before that. You guys got yourself a real stinker.

why?

there's simply too many distractions playing online poker. when you're sitting at a poker table you can sit there watch and listen to music maybe. when you're online you're either playing a zillion games and incapable of concentrating on all of them or you're off im'ing someone and doing this and that online.

some people just are able to focus better live than online. is that a bad thing?

My solution is to have Jasep keep a working roll of 1k and send the other 4k to Druff to hold for safekeeping. If Jasep keeps winning he will never need that 4k and it can be returned to the backers at some point. If he loses and needs it, then Druff can dole out another 1k to him, etc etc. In the meantime if anyone feels uncomfortable at any point they can get out and Druff will ship them the money prorated for what they lost. Like lets say some dude bought 500 for 10 percent and Jasep is down a total of 400 for the stake, and then the dude wants out. Druff would send him 460 and he would be considered out.

So this idea does not solve the trust issues but it does at least make everyone secure that their $$ has not already been spent on other shit!

What do you guys think? Druff would you do this?

I am an investor. I did not inherit the money I invested, I earned it the hard way by good decisions and sound investments in the past. I do not have a trust issue with anyone. The suggestion that investors somehow didn't know they were placing trust in Jasep is pretty goofy - from my perspective. Whether the investors made a wise or profitable decision or not will only be known in the future - there is no way to really know until Projekt:Sep is over. Speculation and commenting was and is an expected part of the Projekt:Sep, but I think the focussing on trust that has gone on recently on this board is way over board. It should be obvious to anyone that trust was being placed in Jasep by the investors and I don't know what more needs to be said than that. I haven't really paid attention if any actual investor is complaining in this thread. In any case, I don't think this thread would be the way to complain to Jasep if an investor had a complaint. It seems to me that this thread recently has gone completely to shit. I don't think that is good for Druff, Jasep or the investors.

Now getting to Cokehead's idea, I think adding a new party to the arrangement would not in any way help and is completely unnecessary from my perspective. I made a decision to invest based on the terms offered and I have no regrets and I have made no complaints and no requests for any changes. To tell you the truth, I would not have invested if the original offer had been presented this way. So, I do not like the idea outline by Cokehead. While I do appreciate his effort, I actually don't want or need any help from him or anyone else in relation to Projekt:Sep.

I think Projekt:Sep is an interesting idea and I continue to support the idea and Jasep as Projekt:Sep continues.
