Mason cares because if he knows that he sued and got judgement against the wrong person he could be held liable.
Mason Malmuth is owed $200,000 from Anthony Scocozzo. That is where things stand right now. Not sure why you would think he would do anything to have that changed. Especially when he has nothing to do with the reason why the wrong person was sued in the first place. Nick Albino is the one who needs to remedy things here. Not Mason Malmuth or anyone else.
