Mason Malmuth is owed $200,000 from Anthony Scocozzo. That is where things stand right now. Not sure why you would think he would do anything to have that changed. Especially when he has nothing to do with the reason why the wrong person was sued in the first place. Nick Albino is the one who needs to remedy things here. Not Mason Malmuth or anyone else.
Are you familiar with the term "Reasonable Investigation"?

They used a single piece of evidence that could be faked (obviously it was) as their evidence.

I mean I would hate it to come about that somebody would take Mason's attorney to the Bar Association in his state. Then have them run an investigation into this case and possibly all other cases that he has carried out.

You can see pretty quickly why Mason and his attorney would want to correct such an injustice.
