Mainstream media is to blame for this. Every news station wants to be the first to have the "latest developments" in a breaking story. The problem is they don't check the credibility of what they are told, they just assume it's true and report it. It's a perfect breeding ground for conspiracy theorists. Video is disrespectful, but I will say this.

The media fucked this story up from the get-go, spreading misinformation and more. Now that it is over, we are not getting all the facts.

That, and the Gene Rosen guy really seems like a toolbag and his story seems suspect when you watch the footage. Does anyone know, has anyone come forward to confirm his story?

This continues to be a very complex investigation and there is a lot of contradictory information out there, but we have some new information this morning (one month ago) from a couple of federal officials and state officials.

They say now that there were actually four handguns inside the school, not just two as we were initially told. Four handguns and apparently only handguns that were taken into the school.

We knew that Adam Lanza, the man said to be the gunman here, also had an ‘assault-style’ AR-15 -style rifle that he had had taken to the school, it was in the car he drove there, his mother’s car, but we have been told by several officials that he had left that in the car.

I'm not jumping on the bandwagon, but the finding of 4 handguns would indicate a possibility, even if a slight one, of multiple shooters. It is more telling that if you watch the video NBC admits that the assault rifle was left in the car. Not only that but he was denied the purchase of an assault rifle earlier in the month due to existing gun laws.

So basically, the politicians are using a handgun shooting to try to ban rifles. The existing laws did there jobs so why make them harsher? You have to please the mob that's why.
