on another note: canadian airport security is a nightmare. it's worse than in the us.

This is the price we pay for lax gun laws. Security has to be increased just to provide a sense of security
in the community. I don't sweat it if my door goes unlocked but I live in a different region of the world.
Arming everyone is not the answer because the nutjobs take advantage of it.....see recent history
