Easy answer. We’re spending money because it’s hurting Russia really bad, and they are the enemy. Nobody gives a fuck about Ukrainian autonomy.


disagree. russia isn't really an enemy of ours anymore. they are like the bogyman under a kid's bed. just look at their inept response to our stealing their money and arming the enemy they are at war with. this is an outdated view. even if it weren't, our burying ourselves with more debt we can only print our way out of and leaving an abysmal financial future for ourselves and children all to hurt Russia is a terrible policy and use of resources. i.e., now it makes perfect sense with our international plan.
