Regarding everything else... please reread what I wrote. Your first order of business is to ask yourself if the messages you sent to her in Twitter DM were excessive and/or unsettling. Look at it honestly and try to see it from her point of view.

I think once you realize that, yes, these messages were inappropriate (even if you meant them innocently), I think this will all become clearer. I think if you made a public statement that you're just going to forget about her existence, and you just want to keep your head down and play poker, it would go a long way.

You're making this whole thing overly complicated.
You live in America. I can be excessive, unsettling, whatever you choose to believe about me. It is within my rights to do so. You are still refusing to acknowledge that she lied about the key details, which opens up more questions. So long as you are doing that you are not giving my side a fair chance. I do not have to apologize or do anything else to be treated fairly. I don’t have to realize anything nor do I have to inform you whether or not I have realized anything. I am not making anything complicated. What she did is illegal. What I did is not. Disseminating pictures of my penis is illegal. Lying about somebody to thousands of people is libel. This person destroyed my career. There is absolutely nothing that can be done to fix it. You said you were willing to listen to my side and you have not even acknowledged that she lied about what I posted. I have not even yet begun. Once that is done I can move forward. Will you acknowledge that she lied about not having read my messages or am I wasting my time on your joke of a site? And if you want to play that game with me do you have any proof that I sent any of those messages? Don’t think so.
