Fox should be free to say whatever they wish. They aren’t journalists. Even if they were it’s first amendment.

Fox settled for PR. Tucker Carlson and company testifying woulda been a bad look. Worth every penny to prevent that imagery

Don’t confuse the law with justice or some such nonsense. It’s just law.
