According to the store owner below, the call of a man creating a disturbance was not referring to Sterling, but a homeless person who had asked both for money and was upset when they told him to screw.

911 call was from homeless guy who sterling showed his gun to when he asked him for money...

I wouldn't put much stock in store owner who reported sterling wouldn't hurt a fly and gave impression he was law abiding.


You are correct about second case. These two are very different cases.
