I have a HOF idea that can make things right with the world and show that Yeb is stepping up to the plate.
We get Mason pointed to this thread and to acknowledge it.
Once Mason acknowledges seeing said thread, then we push him to go to his attorney and correct this injustice against Anthony Scocozzo.
If he does, great the problem has been corrected.
If he doesn't, we publicly go after him in every way possible.
I view this as win/win.
Note: I believe that Mason reads this forum, and such probably is already aware of this thread. So we are waiting Mason.

Mason cares because if he knows that he sued and got judgement against the wrong person he could be held liable.
Mason Malmuth is owed $200,000 from Anthony Scocozzo. That is where things stand right now. Not sure why you would think he would do anything to have that changed. Especially when he has nothing to do with the reason why the wrong person was sued in the first place. Nick Albino is the one who needs to remedy things here. They used a single piece of evidence that could be faked (obviously it was) as their evidence.
I mean I would hate it to come about that somebody would take Mason's attorney to the Bar Association in his state. Then have them run an investigation into this case and possibly all other cases that he has carried out.

Malmuth comes across as the kind of guy who would have the attitude that yeah maybe it is the wrong guy but either way he should have answered the lawsuit and regardless thanks for 200k freeroll.

Two Plus Two recently obtained a judgment from the United States District Court, District of Nevada, for $150,000.00 in statutory damages for the willful infringement of our trademark and copyrights. The judgment also includes reimbursement of our costs and attorney fees. The Defendant in the suit was Anthony Scocozzo (and/or one of his several aliases), a former member of the Two Plus Two forums, who registered a domain name containing our famous "TWO PLUS TWO" trademark and offered several of our copyrighted books for free download in the "e-book" format. We tried on numerous occasions to resolve the suit prior to litigation, but the Defendant refused to cooperate. Therefore, we had to file suit and enforce our intellectual property rights. Although we certainly don't enjoy litigation, we pursue lawsuits when we have to in order to protect ourselves from infringers. We are quite happy with the outcome and judgment in this case.

Not bullshitting that this would be easy to clean up. Assburgers kid could do it fairly quickly and without spending a ton on an attorney (he could do it pro per with some instructions from an attorney). Admittedly I skimmed the specifics re yebs involvement but it sounds like assburgers kid could have a nice little lawsuit to file of his own against yeb.
