In Colorado and Washington state. Not medical weed. Flat out legalized marijuana. Pretty crazy. I'm very interested to see how this plays out with the Feds, because obv it's still illegal nationally.

I seem to remember Obama saying that he would encourage the federal government to not prosecute people who are obeying state laws even if they are breaking federal law. I live in a state that borders Colorado so obviously a lot of people are talking about this, I don't smoke weed but I do think this is a good thing and will raise a lot of needed money for Colorado along with cutting back on the number of people who are put in jail.
yeah and I think more and more people are seeing it this way. If it does well in these states, will be CA and OR and NV next in 2-4 years. Alcohol prohibition was first taken down on the state level.
