Apparently PS decided since it bought the assets of FTP to seek legal action for IP (Intellectual Property) infringement against all companies it sees having attempted to copy RUSH POKER on FTP. The lawsuit actually includes PS suing itself in the legal action. Man can things get any weirder. Does Isai engaged in self-flagellation when he gets up in the morning?? I wonder if they are splitting the legal department into plantiff and defendant sides or are they going to just settle out of court with themselves?

**UPDATE This is an THE ONION type news article. Yes Im admitting was a total FAIL on my part but I wasnt the only one duped online..Im man enough to admit when I fuck up and this is a major tilt on my part.. On a side note as screwed up as shit has been in Poker since BF it seemed viable. Lets face it crazier shit has happened legally speaking, and a lawyer friend of mine, who works corporate law, actually did confirm that insanity like this has ACTUALLY happened when one company bought another, and there were trademark and IP issues that needed to be enforced, where the company that sued itself settled for one dollar with the company it bought in order to create an airtight case against the others for infringement**

Well I must confess I got this off 2+2 NVG where the article took off and ironically even more so QJ put it out as news just after I posted it here so in my defense I wasnt the only one who was duped. Im willing to admit when Im wrong but I rarely read side items on articles as they tend to be distracting. When Im wrong Im wrong and Im willing to admit it and apparently I was one of many duped by the article.
