Regarding the message itself, the points he raises mean little if they are being bought and paid for by someone or something else. That would mean he's owned by a particular agenda, and thus you can't trust him.

I'm not homophobic, but I am definitely against "conservative" closet case influencers who hide their sexuality while attempting to appeal to people who would hate them if they told the truth. This would be equivalent to me trying to get Muslim followers while hiding that I'm Jewish.
In general, I do not like listening to any paid messages disguised as honest opinion. You will not get the truth that way. I listen to and watch people with whom I disagree, but only those whose opinions I feel are genuine, so I can consider their thoughts on the matter.
